About the Role

At Workday, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Field Sales organization. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for driving new customer growth and revenue through strategic account planning and execution.

As a Medium Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in guiding new customers through a journey of transformation, helping them move beyond legacy platforms and adopt a new class of enterprise management cloud solutions. Your expertise will be essential in crafting relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating Workday's value propositions
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

About You

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position. Your experience in negotiating deals with C-Suite executives and engaging in programmatic approaches to generate and develop leads within your territory will be invaluable.

Key Qualifications:

  • ~8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales position
  • Experience negotiating deals with C-Suite executives to close opportunities
  • Experience in engaging in programmatic approaches to generate and develop leads within your territory

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
