We are seeking a Regional Business Manager who is an experienced leader. You will manage a team of 11 field-based representatives in our largest region. (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM) and report into the Zone Manager. You will drive the business strategy, develop and grow business as well as provide leadership in people development, process improvements, and system development inside and outside the geographic region to deliver profitable growth while driving your team's accountability.
