Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - Projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MS SQL Server PL/SQL Medidata Rave RAVE Rave Custom Functions Rave Data Model and Rave Integration. A strong background in Clinical Data Management is also essential. This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring data integrity and driving innovation in clinical data solutions.

Location : Cambridge, MA (Remote)

Required skills : MS SQLServer, PL/SQL Medidata Rave, Rave Custom Functions, Rave Data Model and Rave Integration.

Responsibilities

· Oversee the execution of projects related to clinical data management ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

· Provide expert guidance on the use of MS SQL Server and PL/SQL for data management and integration tasks.

· Lead the development and customization of Medidata Rave solutions including Rave Custom Functions and Rave Data Model.

· Ensure seamless integration of Rave with other data management systems optimizing data flow and accuracy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for clinical data challenges.

· Monitor project progress identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

· Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

· Provide training and support to team members on the use of Rave and related technologies.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project-related activities ensuring transparency and accountability.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.

· Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations ensuring project outcomes align with business objectives.

· Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve project performance.

· Ensure data integrity and security throughout the project lifecycle adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

· Possess a strong background in MS SQL Server and PL/SQL with hands-on experience in data management and integration.

· Demonstrate expertise in Medidata Rave including Rave Custom Functions Rave Data Model and Rave Integration.

· Have a solid understanding of Clinical Data Management principles and practices.

· Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Certifications Required

· CERTIFIED CLINICAL DATA MANAGER (CCDM) MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: AZURE DATA ENGINEER ASSOCIATE

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $66,000K - $132,500K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
