Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Consulting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in client engagements and contribute to organizational initiatives and business development efforts.

Client Engagement and Support

  • Develop expertise in constructing forecasting models and understanding therapeutic categories aligned with Viscadia's focus and client needs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive analyses and frameworks to assist clients in identifying and addressing key business challenges effectively.
  • Conduct thorough secondary research to gain insights into therapeutic areas, disease states, and relevant drug products.
  • Facilitate primary market research based on secondary research findings to generate necessary insights.
  • Synthesize findings and analyses into executive presentations, delivering evidence-based narratives.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop project proposals.
  • Manage client expectations with confidence under mentorship and supervision.
  • Support senior team members in client management.
  • Work effectively with internal teams across various locations to deliver impactful client solutions.

Organizational Contributions

  • Proactively engage in business development initiatives.
  • Take ownership of internal practice development and capability-building efforts.
  • Coach and mentor junior associates on the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with coursework in quantitative, business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience working with forecasting models for pharmaceutical products.
  • In-depth knowledge of time series forecasting techniques is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently.
  • Willingness to thrive in a small and rapidly growing organization.
  • Passionate about consulting and delivering value to drive client success.
