Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished product leader to spearhead the development of Juniper, our flagship software product. This role involves synthesizing stakeholder needs into a compelling product platform that drives user engagement and data integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CMI leadership to establish a strategic vision for Juniper.
  • Articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and refine user personas and journeys to enhance user experience.
  • Apply best practices in software product development to create a premier research platform.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to gather insights and understand their requirements.
  • Work with the information security team to navigate regulatory complexities in health information.
  • Promote CMI's software products within the rare disease community.
  • Foster a strong product team culture through effective planning and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with business development on market strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and track metrics to continuously improve software products.
  • Manage partnerships with external teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Significant experience in direct-to-patient software product management.
  • Proven success working with Agile Engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in user experience and web design.
  • Background in academic or research settings is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in team management and development.
