Job Overview
As a Retail Solutions Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment while assisting our customers in a dynamic retail setting.

Customer Engagement
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized as you guide them in selecting products and offering tailored solutions (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to every customer, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and present solutions across a diverse range of products, including Computing, Printing, Office Supplies, Furniture, Ink & Toner, and Paper.
- Maintain and expand your knowledge of technology products and services through required training and self-development.
- Exhibit effective selling and service behaviors in all customer interactions, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Support the Customer Development Program by generating and transferring customer leads.
- Be adaptable in your responsibilities, including returns, merchandising, and other assigned tasks.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and comprehend their needs.
- Team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical capability to lift/move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and maintain a continuous standing/walking posture.
- Basic computer proficiency.
