Job Summary

The Department of Theatre and Dance in the College of Fine Arts is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Staff Support Associate II to join our team of dedicated staff and faculty.

Serving as the first point of contact for the program, the incumbent will provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Our program is NAST accredited with a robust production season of five main stage productions including a musical and annual dance concert, as well as an active student-produced studio season.

This position is responsible for Marketing, Administrative Support, Fiscal Support, and Academic Activities.

Duties include coordinating the Chair and department schedules; updating and maintaining all department databases, Listservs and website; managing department Procard; making travel arrangements; manage course scheduling; space reservation; design of marketing materials and more.

Three years of experience in an administrative support role and computer literacy is required. Familiarity with the arts preferred.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Word, Excel, Creative Suites, Office 365 and/or Google Suite, and SAP knowledge.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Driver's license preferred.
