The University of Kentucky Health Connections is in search of a dedicated Staff Support Associate to ensure that consumers and patients have 24/7 access to UK HealthCare services.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Promptly addressing all incoming calls and web inquiries.
- Providing essential physician information for referrals.
- Directing calls to the appropriate clinics and departments.
- Accurately collecting and entering data into the database with utmost precision.
- Responding to emails from the medical website and handling all UK HealthCare web requests.
- Managing rollover calls efficiently.
This position demands strong customer service abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective decision-making and communication skills.
