What Will You Do

MID-CO is a leading provider of grain market solutions and agricultural services. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value and expertise to our clients and affiliates within the GROWMARK network.

As a Commodity Risk Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing market insights, developing merchandising strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients and partners.


  • Maintain regular communication with assigned futures accounts, providing market information, analysis, and hedging opportunities.
  • Develop new accounts and deliver excellent service to existing complex accounts.
  • Contribute to the production of informational materials and maintain historical market data.
  • Assist in educational meetings and seminars, presenting market outlooks and hedging strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of recommendations on spread and hedge strategy.
What Skills are Required

  • Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in agricultural marketing.
  • Registration with the NFA as an AP or qualified for the same within three months of assuming the position.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and customer focus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel independently and overnight.
