This role is pivotal in managing daily execution and administrative tasks for both committees, which are essential in overseeing the company's comprehensive risk management framework and Independent Risk Management function.

The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will possess extensive experience in board or governance committee functions, adeptly coordinating and managing all pre, during, and post-meeting activities while providing guidance to company leaders on relevant processes and expectations.

The ideal candidate will recognize the value that the Risk Committee & ERCC Execution Support team brings to the organization through consistent demonstration of:
  • Expertise in committee governance.
  • Influencing capabilities across various levels.
  • Collaborative partnerships throughout the organization.
  • Clear and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage strategically with professionals across all business sectors and enterprise functions, serving as a knowledgeable advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, presenters, and governance committee secretaries to fulfill committee charter requirements, including:
  • Planning agendas.
  • Communicating expectations and best practices for committee materials to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Managing escalations and follow-up actions until resolution.
  • Assisting in the documentation process for ERCC minutes, including drafting and coordinating reviews.
  • Addressing inquiries and unique challenges related to committee processes and presentations.
  • Facilitating preparatory sessions that add value to committee operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines associated with the Risk Committee and ERCC.
  • Managing documentation requests for ERCC efficiently and accurately.
  • Supporting the alignment of governance committee calendars with board committee schedules.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience in leading significant change initiatives or governance efforts.
  • Strong reputation for integrity, attention to detail, and business acumen.
  • Experience in business, governance, or risk management within the financial services sector.
  • Background in audit, legal, compliance, or governance committee roles.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on successful execution of priorities.
  • Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across diverse business and functional areas.
  • Flexibility to adapt plans in response to evolving business needs.
