Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analytics Consultant to join our Special Programs Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and creating sophisticated data visualization and reporting solutions to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop highly effective data visualization and reporting solutions to meet business requirements
  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate and refine findings
  • Complete risk-mitigating activities, including code testing, peer review, and best-in-class documentation
  • Work with senior team members to drive change and mentor/develop other team members
  • Advise leadership on analytical strategies and advanced data visualization for complex business needs
  • Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years of Tableau experience
  • 2+ years of Teradata experience
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of data visualization
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to transform complex data and analyses into easily digestible and visually accessible dashboards and reports
  • Experience documenting non-technical business requirements and translating into technical rules
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolution
  • Experience in developing and delivering regulatory reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand risks and integration/interdependency of risks
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders to achieve common ground and resolve obstacles to success
