Who you are:

As the Business Administrator, you are the trusted advisor to the Program Director of Member Experience and Strategic Initiatives. You will serve as a member of the Program Director's leadership team which requires a combination of being a strong facilitator, having focus and flexibility, as well as having a willingness to play both visible and behind the scenes' roles. You will manage and drive key strategic and operational initiatives across all lines of business. You excel at Project Management and you are a self-starter who works well with senior leadership as you coordinate the strategic initiatives as a direct representative of the COO.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the Program Director in the planning and coordination of activities across the organization; these projects and initiatives are strategic in nature, highly complex and involve cross-functional teams.
  • Build and develop relationships with employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing or new operations, and help to define new operational strategies in support of the Program Director
  • Advise, support, assist, coordinate and collaborate on strategic initiatives for the Program Director and act as an executive liaison and raise issues and solutions as required
  • Assist and communicate with leadership in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

What you bring:

  • 3+ years' progressively responsible experience in a similar role
    • Healthcare experience preferred
  • You need to be highly professional and discrete, strategic and proactive in your actions, and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • You need to be able to tell the story of JHHP (PowerPoint skills are a must)
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong Project Management and leadership skills
