Position Summary
We are seeking a Retail Administrative Specialist who is personable, detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes
- Conduct reconciliation and bank deposits
- Process store sales transactions

Upon demonstrating effective performance, further responsibilities may be entrusted by management, including the potential to become a key holder and manage store opening and closing procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect candidate will possess retail and/or administrative experience, showcasing an understanding of the organization required for administrative tasks that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of store operations. This role is crucial to the overall success and profitability of the business.

Office Specialists will collaborate with our corporate office, acting as a vital link to communicate programs and initiatives with the store team.

Additionally, they will be proactive problem solvers, contributing to a clean and inviting environment that promotes sales while ensuring safe working conditions.

Training and Development
While experience in the jewelry sector is not mandatory, the Retail Administrative Specialist must demonstrate a willingness to learn about our products, policies, and procedures to effectively handle exchanges, returns, sales, and gifts.

This position involves mandatory training aimed at enhancing the ability to support the store manager, sales team, and our valued customers.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Recommended six months of retail experience and/or administrative background
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
