The Office of Physician and Executive Recruitment in Miami, FL is offering an exciting opportunity for a Physician and Executive Recruitment Coordinator.

JOB SUMMARY

The physician recruitment and onboarding coordinator collaborates with various clinical departments, internal business units, and external recruitment partners. This role acts as a liaison for Physician Recruitment leadership, fostering strong relationships and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Manages department leadership's calendar, schedules meetings, and supports in preparing and distributing materials.
  • Guides and supports lower-level recruitment coordinators and serves as an internal consultant to meet the needs of physicians and UHealth departments.
  • Posts positions in the applicant tracking system and ensures proper candidate application and disposition.
  • Coordinates physician interview visits, including travel, lodging, meals, and onboarding activities.
  • Manages background checks, orientations, health screenings, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders for successful onboarding and supports various activities such as credentialing, training, and relocation services.
  • Develops an understanding of employment agreements, offer packages, and benefits to assist candidates.
  • Assists in assembling physician offer letter packets and ensures timely recruitment processes.
  • Plans and organizes recruitment events and special projects as needed.
  • Maintains recruitment records and databases for reporting purposes.
  • Handles administrative tasks such as check requests and processing invoices.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and guidelines.
  • Follows University policies and safeguards assets.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, equivalent experience considered.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

  • Ability to maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence accurately
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work under pressure
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
