What You'll Be Cooking Up

As our Executive Sous Chef, you'll be the right-hand partner to our executive chef, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is a masterpiece. Your responsibilities will include:

· Culinary Leadership: Support our senior leadership team by taking on essential management tasks and being the bridge between our culinary division and other departments.

· Menu Magic: Get creative Develop and implement innovative menu items that will tantalize our guests' taste buds.

· Event Planning Extraordinaire: Help coordinate and execute special events and holiday functions that will leave a lasting impression.

· Team Management: Lead, train, and inspire our kitchen crew, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to shine.

· Quality Control: Monitor food production, ordering, and costs to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.

· Safety First: Ensure our kitchen remains a safe and sanitary environment for everyone.
