Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing Cost Controls: You will be responsible for managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account.
- Menu Planning and Creation: You will plan and create all menus for the account, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Inventory Management: You will be responsible for purchasing and managing inventory for the account, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
- Culinary Program Development: You will work with the marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary Degree: A culinary degree is preferred, but not required.
- Culinary Management Experience: Three to five years of culinary management experience is required, with a focus on high-volume production and catering.
- Cost Control Experience: Previous experience managing cost controls is essential.
- Desire to Learn and Grow: A desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company is a must.
