ACCOUNTING & FINANCEWhat We DoOur Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. What You'll DoProvide assistance with the credit and collections process at Epic.
In this role, you will- Independently prepare, maintain, and audit data, bills, and invoices
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing/invoices
- Coordinate the submission of electronic invoices through invoicing platforms and/or emails
- Review new and updated billing instructions from clients and ensure adherence to the guidelines
- Issue customer statements and credit memos and andle billing inquiries, research and resolve billing errors as required
- Help identify and implement processes, procedures, and billing automation enhancements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of operation
- Interact with internal and external customers to deliver a high standard of customer service and track Accounts Receivable and coordinate collection efforts with Accounts Receivable Manager and Business Development
- 3+ years of related experience in Billing/Accounting/Finance
- Ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency with MS Office and advanced excel skills
- SOX experience a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions while possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical and technical skills
- Hands-on, flexible, and a team player able to function in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience working in an ERP system
