About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to implement goals and provide feedback, while also collecting data and contributing to the development of individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans and provide feedback to clients
  • Collect data and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Provide a supportive and engaging environment for clients to learn and grow
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably with autism or other intellectual disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes and clinics within 30 minutes
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
