Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data to assess progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and program modifications to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
