As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care through effective specimen collection and management. Your role will involve:

- Data Management: Investigate and confirm test and client details, accurately inputting information into laboratory systems.
- Billing and Payments: Manage financial transactions while upholding the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Specimen Processing: Prepare samples by labeling, centrifuging, and storing as required by testing protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Conduct clerical responsibilities such as data entry, inventory oversight, and communication via phone.
- Compliance: Follow departmental guidelines and maintain precise records of phlebotomy activities.
