Key Responsibilities:
- Manage healthcare information and process medical claims efficiently.
- Provide billing and collection services while offering financial advice concerning hospital and clinical services to patients and their families.
- Engage with insurance providers to confirm eligibility for medication benefits.
- Act as a mediator between patients enrolled in specialized drug programs and their respective insurance companies.
Qualifications:
- A background in health insurance is essential.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Work Schedule: This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a hybrid work model.
Compensation: The pay rate for this role is $21.35 per hour.
