Business Development Associate, Strategic Partnerships

Ibotta is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our innovative Strategic Partner Management team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team that is building the world's leading promotions platform, the Ibotta Performance Network.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Support the Strategic Partner Management team's activities including but not limited to working directly with partners, creating partner facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses and helping drive incremental revenue
- Support new business or product initiatives with partners by coordinating internal and external meetings, conducting research, creating initiative briefs, creating deliverables, helping to design processes, and executing next steps
- Support the Strategic Partner Management team by organizing critical client information for partnership meetings and helping with call notes, schedules, etc on an ongoing basis
- Monitor partner-specific news and research the competitive landscape
- Additional administrative tasks such as setting up events and other projects

What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Technical skills: G Suite, basic to intermediate Excel and intermediate to advanced Powerpoint; Salesforce, Miro, and Mode experience a plus
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
