Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all client wins, ensuring a seamless transition into implementation and operations, acting as a steward for sound business practices and enhancing client relationships through flawless execution.
- Maintain competitive awareness and continuously pursue professional growth and development.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles targeting enterprise and high-growth companies.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, cultivate, and expand C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchasing decisions.
- Capability to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
- A passion for cutting-edge technological solutions.
- Experience in selling complex hybrid customer experience solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with sales representative KPIs and conversion metrics.

- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
