We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships with our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and Develop Business Partners: Provide guidance and support to our business leaders on performance management, talent development, and other HR-related matters.
  • Develop and Facilitate Training Initiatives: Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee complaints and alleged policy violations, escalating as necessary.
  • Partner with HR Compliance Team: Collaborate with our HR Compliance Team to ensure compliance with KDP policy, HR systems, and applicable federal/state law.
  • Support Talent Acquisition: Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to track and report on open positions and manage the position requisition process.
  • Research and Respond to Unemployment Requests: Collect and synthesize data to respond to initial unemployment requests and schedule hearings.
  • Apply Analytical Skills: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights, and formulate recommendations to drive business results.
  • Develop Communication Materials: Create basic communication materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and employment-related correspondence.
