As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Must be subject matter expert in accessibility who understands the social, technical, financial, legal, and policy factors that are embedded in accessible design.

Responsibilities

The Senior Accessibility n Analyst role will provide day-to-day support to Oracle employees to ensure that end user training and communications documents (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, PDF, computer based training courses, etc.) meet Oracle's accessibility requirements (Revised Section 508, WCAG, etc.).

The ideal candidate will help educate the teams on accessibility requirements by creating a library or resources, guides, videos, and providing training. The candidate will review and/or test files and provide feedback to ensure that they meet WCAG 2.0 standards. In this role you will keep abreast of and research the latest developments in accessibility and accessibility standards. This function will work collaboratively with a variety of programmatic teams within Oracle. This is a technical, support, and program management role, all in one.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in Accessibility Accommodations
  • Working knowledge of Accessibility Standards from software to physical spaces (ADA, Revised Section 508, WCAG, etc.)
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and partners at all levels
  • DHS Trusted Tester Certification preferred

US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
