Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst

Momentum3 is an innovative technology organization dedicated to providing exceptional solutions and products. We are currently in search of a dynamic individual to fulfill the dual role of Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst. Our mission is to create impactful solutions for our clients, and we seek professionals who can blend analytical skills with project management acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

  • Perform thorough assessments of current business operations to pinpoint inefficiencies and identify opportunities for automation, facilitating the creation of software solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Interpret and convey stakeholder requirements by transforming business needs into actionable solution specifications, illustrating both current and future states.
  • Craft compelling business cases that advocate for proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching strategy.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project initiatives, which include defining project scope, developing plans, tracking progress, and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
  • Lead software implementation projects, coordinating resources, managing key tasks in DevOps, and uncovering unaddressed business requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in SCRUM methodologies, demonstrating capability in leading and participating in agile development processes to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Facilitate UI/UX design processes, create detailed development tasks, and conduct ongoing reviews of project status, team dynamics, budget, and invoicing.
  • Organize project demonstrations and facilitate meetings with the project team, management, and clients.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation and client service capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops with subject matter experts, gathering business and technical requirements, and mapping business processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, effective stakeholder management, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Skilled in eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and validating requirements.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams.
  • Proven expertise in product and software selection, rollout strategy, integration planning, and budget management.
  • Adept at updating and maintaining process documentation.
  • History of monitoring analysis deliverables to ensure timely completion and managing project documentation.
  • Over 5 years of direct experience in project management, successfully executing software development initiatives.
  • Strong prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment in decision-making processes.
  • Discreet handling of sensitive information with professionalism.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a consulting capacity.
  • Prior analysis experience with large corporations or private equity-backed firms.
  • 5+ years of involvement in information technology projects.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Current certification in business analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CPRE, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience with JIRA and/or DevOps is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
