Overview

Otter Products is recruiting for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team This opportunity is based out of our Fort Collins, CO headquarters and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule.

As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will help develop and implement working solutions to customer business requirements. You will facilitate system processes to ensure customer satisfaction and adapt to many requests in a short time. You will be the main point of contact for logistics tracking and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry
    • Enter customer orders as well as internal and external sample orders into ERP system in an accurate and timely manner
    • Daily management of Available to Promise inventory
    • Manage New Product Introduction orders to ensure they align with the commit guide
    • Ensure all order cancellations and adjustments are made
    • Works with cross functional teams to resolve price discrepancies
  • Product Set Up
    • Gather required product set up data for customer for each NPI/NSI launch
    • Often involves working with customer portal to set up new products
    • Upload product images according to customer requirements
  • Returns/Credits/Shipping Discrepancies
    • Works with supply chain to research and resolve shipping discrepancies (over shipments, miss-shipments, damaged product/packaging, ASN and routing guides)
    • Processes customer returns and ensures adherence to RMA policies
    • Work with Accounting to manage customer credit memo's
  • Support for Sales Operations Specialists and Sales
    • Must possess detailed knowledge of the way their accounts operate
    • May need to act as out of office support for Sales Operations Specialist
    • Assist with open order reporting and other ad hoc requests
  • Chargebacks
    • Requires knowledge of customer contract terms and operational requirements
    • Dispute chargebacks within customer portal
    • Research and provide any supporting documentation necessary
  • Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
  • Minimum one year of work experience required.
  • Sales operation experience preferred.

USD $21.77/Hr.
