Role Overview
If you are an Operations Specialist, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position plays a crucial role in supporting production from a technical perspective and requires a deep understanding of the products being manufactured.

The Operations Specialist serves as the first line of defense and provides consultation on production-related issues. This role collaborates with engineering teams regarding the implementation of new products and processes, tackles complex manufacturing challenges, and works with team members to drive process and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop new production cells, enhance workflow, increase efficiency, and minimize waste.
- Lead regular 5S events to maintain operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production challenges and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for new product introductions and existing manufacturing operations.

Desired Qualifications:
Automation Specific Skills:
- Strong understanding of automated or semi-automated manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proven ability to access programming controls to create and modify logic code for problem-solving, efficiency enhancement, or scrap reduction.

Machining Specific Skills:
- Strong experience in developing manufacturing processes and designing Computer Numeric Controls (CNC) programming.
- Proficient in interpreting specifications and participating in hardware disposition.
