Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an executive administrative support role or similar positions.
- Proven ability to manage highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to sudden changes in priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding multitasking capabilities.
- Experience supporting senior executives in an administrative capacity.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in COe software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scheduling tools, and SharePoint.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Education & Training:
- Associate degree or professional certification in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience (minimum ten years).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
This position is classified as hybrid, requiring the successful candidate to report to the office a minimum of three times per week.
Compensation details are provided as a good faith estimate, reflecting potential earnings for a successful applicant in the California Bay Area, with an annual salary range of $98,900 - $158,000, subject to variation based on relevant factors.
