About the Role:

As the Benefits and Administration Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, communication, and administration of our organization's health and welfare benefits programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Comprehensive Benefits Programs: Oversee health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, workers' compensation, retirement plans, FSAs, HSAs, FMLA, COBRA, and more.
  • Leave and Accommodation Administration: Handle all aspects of leave and accommodation processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with third-party vendors to maintain high service levels and contract compliance.
  • Open Enrollment Management: Lead the open enrollment process, including planning, communication, and system management.
  • 401-K Plan Administration: Act as a liaison between beneficiaries and the plan administrator, ensuring compliance and addressing administrative requests.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports for legal requirements and internal needs, working closely with Finance for accurate forecasting.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to benefits-related questions from managers and employees.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality certification programs.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in retirement, insurance benefits, financial planning, or actuarial services. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
