Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall operations of a Love's Travel Stop location, including store, restaurant, and tire care concepts.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and train a team of employees to provide world-class service and promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor and control expenses, including inventory management and labor costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
- 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+.
- 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Intermediate level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
