Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our Dealer Network System (DNS) and other inventory management systems.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, discrepancies, and other issues.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate and manage the shipping and receiving of goods, including preparing and processing shipping documents, labels, and other materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our warehouse and shipping team, including responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including preparing reports, managing files, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or shipping environment.
  • Skills: Excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Excel and other inventory management systems.
