What You Can Anticipate.

In this role, you will oversee the retail, dining, and vehicle service operations at a Love's Travel Stop. The environment is fast-paced, requiring you to adapt quickly—one moment you may be managing the store, the next assisting in vehicle care, and then supporting the restaurant team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth through effective merchandise management while ensuring your teams deliver exceptional service, embodying our motto of "Clean Places, Friendly Faces."

  • Are you available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays?
  • Do you possess 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop, or similar management roles?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume exceeding $2 Million?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience interpreting budgets and financial statements?
  • Do you have 2 or more years of experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees?
  • Do you hold a valid Driver's License?
  • Are you proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite?
