Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the precision and thoroughness of data submissions and documentation; inputs data into the relevant systems or processes forms in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Receives, examines, and interprets documentation to finalize transactions (such as loan settlements, purchase agreements, regulatory filings, legal documents, etc.) in line with defined protocols.
  • Engages with clients beyond the immediate work environment and handles incoming queries; resolves intricate technical challenges within the designated field of expertise. Conducts complex analyses on received information and investigates or resolves issues following established guidelines.

Work Schedule:

  • This role operates on a 3rd shift schedule, from 10 PM to 6:30 AM.

Qualifications:

  • The role requires data entry and preparation of export documentation in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is essential, along with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • This position involves 90% of the time conducting audits on the floor and 10% on data entry and reporting tasks.
  • Seeking a proactive individual with troubleshooting experience, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Consistent attendance and a positive demeanor are crucial.
  • Interviews will be conducted via virtual platforms.
  • Casual dress attire is acceptable.
  • Interior metatarsals are required on the first day of employment.
