- Demonstrations: Conduct on-site demonstrations of new equipment to showcase their capabilities and benefits to potential buyers.
- Customer Insights: Monitor and report on trends in customer business operations to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Valuation Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of used equipment values to assist in trade evaluations.
- Financing Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with various financing options to aid customers in purchasing decisions.
- Training Participation: Attend relevant sales training sessions and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in agricultural or outdoor power equipment sales.
- Proficiency in standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- The capability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
