You will:
Serve as the senior principal contact for EPA responsible for a wide range of complex assignments and projects relative to information security and IT systems.
Serve as the Agency's technical authority and subject matter expert on the requirements of E.O and 32 CFR §2002 related to the management of Controlled Unclassified Information.
Direct the design and development of policies, procedures, standards, and guidance for all aspects of the program in order to support operational requirements and to meet the mandates of all governing statutes, Executive Orders, and regulations.
Provide representative and liaison duties to inter-agency meetings hosted by the Executive Agent at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA); the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the National Security Council; the CIO's Information Management Committee, as well as a variety of CUI working and advisory groups.
Responsible for a wide range of highly complex assignments pertaining to information in a variety of enterprise IT systems; including the modification of existing or development of new methods and approaches to identify, safeguard, and share CUI.
