Program Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversees contract support functions for intricate, mission-critical, and strategic initiatives that may encompass various projects and teams across multiple locations.
  • Employs established leadership capabilities to coordinate, guide, and allocate resources with extensive technical, business, and industry knowledge.
  • Manages program financials, timelines, and all facets of fiscal oversight.
  • Effectively administers funds, personnel, production benchmarks, and resources (including equipment and facilities) to guarantee quality and timely fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
  • Acts as the primary liaison with clients concerning all program-related activities.
  • In general, the complexity of work and level of responsibility will increase at higher tiers.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP or Certified Agile Professional (SSGI-CAP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM)
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Capability to secure and maintain a Public Trust clearance (i.e., must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident who has lived in the U.S. for the past three consecutive years)
  • Open to a hybrid work setting (i.e., willing to work in-office or at client sites based on project/team requirements)
