Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and contracts for aircraft carrier construction projects
  • Provide expert advice to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager on program integration, planning, and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with Principal Assistant Program Managers and Project Managers to develop and execute program requirements
  • Ensure compliance with over-arching policy and regulations, and provide high-quality and actionable results
  • Lead the program office for foreign military sales and interactions, and develop program plans for the aircraft carrier New Construction Program
Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Determined suitable for federal employment
  • Participate in the direct deposit pay program
  • Pass the E-Verify employment verification check
  • Obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance
Qualifications

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-03 (GS-13) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating program requirements or functions to support the planning and execution of acquisition processes, policies, or regulations for aircraft carrier construction.
