Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at ProSidian Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive program plans that align with our company's strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance with funding requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community groups, to foster partnerships and support program goals.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of program activities, projects, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring and evaluation systems to assess program performance, track progress towards goals, and measure outcomes.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing program implementation, reporting, and accountability.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate program updates, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles to program success and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Provide training, technical assistance, and capacity-building support to program staff, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles, preferably in the private or public sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus, motivate teams, and cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of business operations, management principles, and industry trends, as well as experience working with diverse stakeholders and communities.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
