Job SummaryInput, edit, and retrieve all data necessary to maintain digital image archive databases. Monitor and coordinate workflow for Digital Project Specialist team members. This position will interact on a regular basis with:

Job Duty 1 -
Train team members on processes and procedures
Job Duty 2 -
Coordinate workflow to ensure project deliverables are met.
Job Duty 3 -
Establish, control, and maintain digital data file system capturing all applicable, relevant, and required files. System includes an efficient way to retrieve files and for users to access such files.
Job Duty 4 -
Develop and maintain database related inventories and tracking systems.
Job Duty 5 -
Interface and coordinate processes and procedures by conveying appropriate information.
Job Duty 6 -
Evaluate and recommend the acquisition of software, supplies, parts, and equipment.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Technical diploma, associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
Two to three years of job-related experience
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or graduate degree in business, data archives, or similar field of study.
Preferred Experience
Possess a solid history of experience in the creation and maintenance of a large-scale filing system.
Experience working with construction project documents, Six years of experience

Salary Range $29.62/hr - $40.28/hr
Due to the responsibilities of this position, this role requires an onsite presence on Georgia Tech's Atlanta campus (100%).
