Additionally, a strong desire to learn and explore the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising is essential, along with a passion for growth within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing marketing strategies across various industries, which may encompass email, SMS, or push notification campaigns.
- Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to develop audience-centric messaging strategies, including providing guidance to copywriters and designers.
- Segmenting audiences and formulating strategies based on subscriber behavior and data insights.
- Preparing and launching email campaigns, automations, and push notifications to a large subscriber base.
- Analyzing email campaign performance data and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail regarding campaign objectives, targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Staying informed about emerging trends and technologies in email marketing and analytics through continuous learning opportunities.
- Managing databases to ensure client information is organized and current.
- Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, Iterable, Marketo, Klaviyo, Pardot, Constant Contact, or Emma.
- Experience in crafting compelling subject lines and messaging for various channels, with a willingness to think creatively.
- Proficiency in digital reporting, analysis, and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media reporting tools).
- Basic knowledge of HTML; while coding is not a primary responsibility, understanding the source code can be beneficial.
- Strong presentation skills coupled with an analytical mindset for identifying key metrics and trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills; self-motivated, proactive, and adept at meeting deadlines.
