Alight is Looking for A Health Client Specialist II - Alight Benefits Guidance (ABG)
The Client Specialist is a critical role within the Alight Health Solutions business. The Client Specialist divides their time across our four core pillars of client delivery: 1) fundamentals of the Health Solutions we offer, 2) routines to achieve operational excellence, 3) quality assurance and configuration, and 4) project management.

Your Impact as a Health Client Specialist II- Alight Benefits Guidance (ABG)
Health Domain Expertise
- Subject matter expert for client requirements both internally and externally
- Partners with Client Manager to develop project requirements and define plan rules to the client
- Manages the end-to-end change order process, to include development and communication
- Implements fundamentals of the operating system, Alight's client engagement model and continuous improvement
- Starts analysis independently and configures our system based on client requirements
- Supports Client Manager with building tools to support AE, New Hire and Special projects
- Project Management
- Manages own work and coordinating the work of others
- Manages small projects internally and externally
- Understands the project life cycle and deployment governance
- Lead and/or co-lead client/vendor calls
- Client Relationship
- Provides end to end consulting, trending, and managing root cause analysis (RCA) results with the client
- Main point of contact for client with escalations
- Provides basic consulting on Alight's technology solutions and ongoing delivery
- Develop reports utilizing data from our system to meet client plan rules and/or resolve issues
- Colleague Development
- Provides training on requirements and processes to new client specialists and other team members
- Mentor other client specialists once expertise is developed
- Broader Alight Impact
- Participates in projects outside of the client team
- Leverages skillset of specific process knowledge across clients/business
- Effective use of basic business productivity tools and Microsoft applications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related discipline or equivalent work experience

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
44,600 USDMaximum :
70,800 USDPay Transparency Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
