Job Overview

Infosys Limited Digital is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Security Lead. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the deployment and operational management of advanced security solutions including Palo Alto Firewalls, Barracuda Web Application Firewall (WAF), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Antivirus (AV) technologies such as TrendMicro, Symantec, Carbon Black, CrowdStrike, and McAfee. Additionally, you will manage Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) and Sandbox infrastructures across various corporate platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective deployment and management of security infrastructure, aligning with organizational standards and frameworks.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including Technology Managers and clients, to provide project updates and performance metrics.
  • Establish and maintain policies and standards for the operation of all relevant infrastructure.
  • Participate in capacity planning for IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 4 years in the field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Security.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency with security technologies including Palo Alto Firewalls, Barracuda WAF, and various EDR and AV solutions.
  • U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to align security practices with overall business and technology strategies.
  • Experience in defining and implementing security standards and policies.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure capacity planning.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Work Environment:
The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication through various channels is essential.
