Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in delivering HR support to our dedicated team, with a primary focus on recruitment. The ideal candidate will be innovative, meticulous, and skilled in relationship-building. Your mission will be to attract and onboard qualified individuals who resonate with our values and contribute to our mission of combating hunger.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Sourcing:
  • Utilize various digital platforms to engage potential candidates, promoting available positions and enhancing our employer brand.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
Building Relationships:
  • Foster strong connections with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
  • Provide ongoing updates and feedback to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Promoting Compliance and Inclusivity:
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in recruitment practices.
  • Implement initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
  • Monitor and report on diversity hiring metrics to enhance inclusive practices.

Physical Requirements and Travel:

The role may involve certain physical demands and travel expectations.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Local travel may be required up to 10% annually.
