Key Responsibilities

  • Conceive and deliver exceptional digital products that address our clients' most intricate challenges.
  • Oversee a collaborative product strategy process, working closely with our in-house design and development teams.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' industries, identifying pain points, opportunities, and business strategies.
  • Work in tandem with Designers and Developers to transform user and business requirements into seamless, functional products and experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of workflow diagrams, client presentations, and other necessary deliverables.
  • Lead presentations that engage and influence senior executives and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with product features in line with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Establish success criteria and metrics for new products, set realistic expectations, and conduct post-implementation evaluations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and proactively address potential issues.
  • This position offers competitive compensation and reports to the Senior Director of Product Management.
  • Occasional client travel may be required for specific projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in developing digital healthcare products for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Proven track record of creating and launching successful products, demonstrating strong product instincts and involvement in the end-to-end product development process.
  • Ability to deliver results promptly while maintaining high standards of excellence.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, user experience design, product management, and business analysis.
  • Strong communication skills to present product vision and strategy effectively to internal and external teams.
  • Quickly adapt to any client's subject matter.
  • Passion for leveraging the latest tools and technologies to solve complex business challenges.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in driving product initiatives forward.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in JIRA and managing project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Background in an agency or consulting environment with fluctuating priorities.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Certifications from Pragmatic Institute and/or Scrum.
