Position Summary
As a HRIS Manager, you will be business partner with our HR team and be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional projects across a variety of teams. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, required documentation on HR which includes recruiting, personnel management, payroll, online training, and process improvement. This candidate is required to be analytical & problem solver, who can work with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.
Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR Partners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement improvements across HR team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Responsible for process design, process improvement and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ability to understand problems and gather their cross functional IT requirements.
  • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems.
  • Work together with product manager with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements and uncertainty.
  • Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or HR related degree
  • 5+years IT business partner manager experience for HR.
  • 5+year technical program management experience.
  • Experience in system design experience, and ideally experience with HR payroll, personnel management, recruiting systems, online training.
  • Experience in building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end product deployment-from concept through development of a successful launch
  • Solid product sense with the ability to understand product architecture and as well as drive and criticize design decisions.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization preferred.
  • Agile software development workflow familiarity preferred.
  • ADP experience a huge plus.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is highly preferred

Pay
$131,000.00 to $190,000.00 Bonus & RSU offered
