As a Territory Sales Representative with TruGreen Limited Partnership, you will play a critical role in contributing to a high-performing team. You will be responsible for helping new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, both at their homes and/or by phone.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on lawn care services and products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in lawn care.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid, current driver's license required; subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record check, and proof of insurance required.
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

- Average income is $875 - $1,200/week (based on an annual salary plus average commissions earned for qualifying representatives).
