About L.A. VibrationsLaunched in August 2020, L.A. Vibrations (LAV) is the marketing agency umbrella of parent company L.A. Libations. At L.A. Vibrations, we work with new and emerging beverage brands to help launch, scale and optimize brands, covering marketing strategy, branding, ecommerce, digital, retail, trade & field marketing.

Position Overview:We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social and Influencer Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in assisting our Content + Social Manager and Influencer Manager. As the Social and Influencer Part-Time Coordinator, you will be responsible for ideating viral content and planning content calendars, sourcing and creating influencer briefs for our CPG brand clients. This role requires an understanding of social media management, content creation, influencer relations and management.
Responsibilities:Social Media Management (40%)
  • Collaborate with the Social + Content Manager to build out monthly content calendars and support content creation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social trends, algorithms, and features to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute social calendars against deadlines
  • Stay informed about CPG industry trends and competitors' social and influencer strategies to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Influencer Partnerships (40%)
  • Support Influencer Manager with creator relationships, including outreach, day-to-day communications, and content deadlines
  • Identify new talent for both earned and paid opportunities through manual discovery
  • Support execution of paid influencer campaigns from contracts, product sends, creative briefs, and communication
Community Engagement (20%)
  • Engage daily with brands Instagram posts/stories mentions and TikTok
  • Flag talent inquiries and customer support from social channels to the team
  • Like, comment, and interact with customers
Who You Are:
  • Social OBSESSED - staying up to date on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and influencers within the CPG space.
  • Experience as a social media and influencer coordinator or similar role with a track record of collaborating with a team to bring projects to life in the digital space.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, content planning platforms and ... (add anything influencer)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute original content ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in social media management, influencer relations or digital marketing.
  • Ability to travel to the El Segundo office 1-2 days per week.
  • Strong passion for social media and influencer management.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with video and photo editing software such as Splice, CapCut etc.
  • Experience with Slack, Microsoft & Google software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-start and adjust quickly when needed.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.
