Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Social Media Marketing Manager. This position is pivotal in crafting and implementing exceptional social media strategies aimed at engaging our professional audience. The successful candidate will focus on content creation, community interaction, and performance assessment across various platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube, with the goal of enhancing brand visibility and user interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the collaboration with social media agencies, ensuring alignment of campaigns with our marketing objectives while providing constructive feedback to enhance content quality.
- Regularly analyze and report on social media performance, delivering insights and recommendations tailored to our audience.
- Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies that resonate with our professional community across various platforms.
- Curate and manage a diverse range of content (graphics, videos, copy) that aligns with our marketing strategy and brand voice.
- Supervise one Social Media Manager, providing mentorship and support to foster their professional growth.
- Develop social media marketing plans for product launches and updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and brand ambassadors, staying abreast of current trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives support overall marketing and business goals.
- Conduct audits of social media accounts, providing research and analysis to enhance audience engagement.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a social media strategy role or similar.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Experience in the professional services industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations.
- Experience in managing social media and creative agencies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A genuine passion for the professional services industry.
- Hands-on experience with social media operations and content posting.
