Position Summary: Falmouth Academy is seeking a Director of Auxiliary Revenue.

The Director of Auxiliary Revenue is responsible for developing, promoting, and the management of Falmouth Academy's auxiliary department to generate revenue for the school and provide added value for our students, families, and surrounding community. The director is responsible for the day-to-day management of auxiliary operations, onsite coordinator of summer camp, facility rentals, and achieving annual and long-term revenue goals. The ideal
candidate is an enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial disposition, a positive outlook, a high level of integrity and work ethic, and a sense of humor. This position is responsible to the Director of Finance & Operations and the Head of School.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assess, enhance, and strategically expand summer and auxiliary program offerings
* Ensure safety and health protocols are followed in coordination with FA's risk management plan
* Develop a marketing plan in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications
* Collaborate with members of the FA community to enhance current programs
* Prepare reports for and communicate with FA leadership to ensure awareness of auxiliary programs and summer camp performance
* Ensure that auxiliary programs and summer camp comply with all applicable local, state, and
federal regulations relating to auxiliary programs and summer camp
* Work closely with the admission department to identify prospective students
* Explore opportunities for leveraging the intellectual and physical assets of FA
* Seek to identify partnerships that may enhance auxiliary programs
* Develop and oversee all budgets for auxiliary programs and summer camp in conjunction with the Director of Finance and Operations to ensure that revenue goals are met or exceeded

* Other duties, as assigned

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree
* 3-5 years experience managing auxiliary programs/summer camp
* 3-5 years experience working with children ages 6-17 years of age
* Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with students, colleagues, and parents
* Ability to develop and manage a budget
* Expertise in Google Suite, database management, and digital media
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
* Ability to work diverse work hours, including occasional nights and weekends
* Ability to comply with the requirements of a standard workweek
* Able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
* Works in an environment with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a varied and diverse array of contacts
* May work at a desk and computer for extended periods
* Be able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
* Work intermittently in outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
